Preheat the tawa/Non stick Pan to medium.

Place the half cooked chapati on tawa/non stick pan and heat for5-10 seconds on each side.

Place the chapati on open flame and heat on both sides untilcooked.

Fully puffed Phulka is ready.Serve it hot with ghee or butter.
